SHIPPING
We will endeavor to ship items within 24 hours of payment being received.
Orders are shipped Australia wide via Australia Post Regular Parcel or Express Parcel.
In the event a parcel is not delivered or damaged in any way, please contact us at info@tga-online.com.au, and we will endeavor to resolve the matter.
RETURNS
If an item is damaged or faulty, please let us know within 7 days of receipt by contacting us at info@tga-online.com.au and we can authorise return or exchange. We do not offer returns based upon change of mind. Please choose carefully.
EXCHANGE
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@tga-online.com.au within 7 days of receipt and we can rectify the problem promptly. Once authorised items must be received in original packaging, in unworn/unused condition with tags attached at the buyers expense to:
